04/01/2004: "New Coffee Roaster!"
I received yesterday an excellent gift from my incredible wife. She bought for me a West Bend home coffee roaster. I have wanted to roast my own coffee ever since I found out it was something people did. What could be better than knowing exactly when your coffee was roasted? What could be better than never having to worry about stale coffee again? Green beans never go bad, you know... Can you tell I'm excited? I can't wait to make my first blend. More in this space as I play with my new toy and make discoveries.
